Kristen Caron

Kristen Caron has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry. Kristen began their career in 1998 as an Accessories Designer at Fossil. In 2004, they took on the role of Private Label Belt Designer at Max Leather/Cipriani. In 2005, they moved to Cole Haan as a Senior Accessories Designer and Accessories Designer. In 2013, Kristen became a Senior Design Consultant at Kate Spade & Company. Two years later, they joined Tory Burch as Design Director, Accessories. Most recently, Kristen has been working at Raven + Lily as Creative Director and Accessories and Jewelry Designer since 2016.

Kristen Caron attended Baylor University from 1994 to 1996 and then transferred to Texas Woman's University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Textiles in 1998.
