Jackie Hartel

Jackie Hartel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jackie began their career as a Front Desk Associate at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston in 2008 and later transitioned to the role of Clinical Assistant to Bonnie An Henderson, M.D. in 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Technician and Administrative Assistant at Natick Eye Assoc. In 2010, Jackie served as an Administrative Assistant at Comprehensive Psychiatric Associates.

In 2013, Jackie pursued a new opportunity as a Bartender at City Streets Restaurant. After three years, they joined Raven360 in 2016 as a Customer Success Associate. Jackie then progressed to the role of Sales Development Representative before becoming a Sr. Account Executive and Product Specialist in October 2017.

Throughout their various roles, Jackie has gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and administrative duties. Jackie'sadaptable nature and diverse skill set make their a valuable asset in any professional setting.

Jackie Hartel attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Sociology/Psychology. In addition to their college education, Jackie also obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy. In November 2022, they obtained certification in HubSpot Sales Software. In March 2023, they obtained certifications in Inbound Sales and Frictionless Sales from HubSpot Academy.
