Gabriel Pajares González has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007-2008, they were an English/Spanish Teacher at Sol Idiomas, teaching English A2 CEFR and Spanish A1 CEFR. During this same time, they were also a Spanish Teacher at CERAN LINGUA INTERNATIONAL, responsible for teaching Spanish to international students aged 12 to 18. From 2008-2009, they were an Assistant Language Teacher at the Isle of Wight Council, providing services for the preparation and running of teaching classes as well as preparation of materials for use in teaching. From 2009-2013, they were a Spanish to English Translator at Euro Weekly News Media S.A., translating an average of 2,000 words daily. From 2014-2015, they were a Spanish Localisation Tester at Localsoft, S.L., ensuring the correct translation of linguistic content of games and that texts were correctly displayed when seen in-game. During this same time, they were also an Online English Tutor at Grupo Euroformac, answering student questions related to the course content and replying to student messages. Finally, from 2015-present, they have been a Project Manager and Data Researcher at RavenPack.
Gabriel Pajares González has an extensive education history. Gabriel first obtained a Postgraduate Certificate from the Universidad de Granada in 2008, in the field of Teaching. From 2002 to 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the Universidad de Málaga in English Studies. Gabriel then obtained a Postgraduate Certificate from Associación ESPIRAL, Educación i Tecnologia in 2012 in Digital Education for Teachers, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching in Twitter and other social networks. In 2011, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Introduction to teaching with Moodle from the same institution. In 2009, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate from the Universidad de Málaga in Teaching of Spanish for Business, Tourism and Health Sciences. In 2006, they obtained a Certificate from the Universidad de Málaga in Teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. Gabriel is currently pursuing a Master's degree from the Universidad de Málaga in English Studies, Multilingual and Intercultural Communication.
