Margarita Martinez

Margarita Martinez has over 20 years of work experience. Margarita began their career in 1999 as an IT Manager at Games Workshop. In 2002, they became self-employed and provided consulting services. In 2005, they became a Call Center Technical Support Supervisor at Infogroup Sistemas S.A. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Colt Technology Services in various roles, including Senior Programme Manager, Head of Planning & Implementation, and Service Performance Manager. In 2018, they became an IED Professor. In 2019, they worked as a Transition Consultant at Smart/tasking. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at talensen as an Associate Partner. Currently, they are the Director of Project Management Office at RavenPack. Throughout their career, they have focused on business transformation for growth in EMEA, North America & Japan, as well as the design and implementation of customer success functions, shared services centers, and IT hubs.

Margarita Martinez has an extensive educational background. Margarita received an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Information Technology School Joan Maragall, Barcelona in 1990-1992, followed by another Associate's degree in Information Technology from UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) in 2014-2015. In 2015-2016, they completed a Master's degree in Fashion Marketing & Communication from IED Barcelona. Margarita then attended IESE Business School in 2017 for Focused Programs on Leadership and People Management, focusing on developing communication skills. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn in December 2020 and I Afterwork Digital from APD in February 2020.
