Youssra McHiche

Youssra Mchiche has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at RavenPack since June 2021, previous roles include People Operations Manager and HR and Payroll Specialist at the same organization. Prior experience includes managing payroll processes and employee related queries at Sector Alarm España, and providing labor consultancy services as the Head of Labor Department at B2B Recursos Humanos. Youssra's earlier roles also encompass administrative HR tasks and technical work in engineering at Cotronic. Youssra holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Málaga and has pursued studies in Law at UNED.
