Shanon Lyon

Shanon Lyon is an experienced International Product Manager for Games at Ravensburger since January 2024, previously serving as Game Development Manager at Ravensburger North America, Inc. from November 2020 to January 2024. Prior to Ravensburger, Shanon was the Principal at Department of Recreation LLC for eight years, leading an invention studio that successfully licensed over 35 children's games, including notable titles such as Outfoxed and Dinosaur Escape. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Editor in Ideation and Development at Discovery Bay Games and Lead Editor at Cranium, where Shanon was responsible for enhancing gameplay and managing editorial teams to produce content for various games, toys, and puzzles. Education was completed at Ball State University.
