Chad Huggett

Chad Huggett has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, working for various companies in New Zealand and internationally. Chad is currently the Head of Marketing & Categories at Ravensdown since 2023. Chad previously worked as a Brand & Marketing Manager at AgResearch from 2016 to 2022, where they developed and executed marketing strategies and managed various marketing campaigns. Prior to that, they served as a Marketing Communications Consultant at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and held multiple roles at Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority, including Central City Marketing & Communications Manager. Chad also has experience in the defense industry, where they worked as the Head of Marketing - Defence Recruitment at the New Zealand Defense Force. Chad has also held marketing and communications roles at Duncan Cotterill, Christchurch Casinos Limited, American Express Business, Travelex, and NZ Post. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated expertise in developing marketing strategies, managing brand awareness, leading sponsorship portfolios, and executing marketing campaigns.

Chad Huggett has attended Massey University and Palmerston North Boys High. Chad has obtained the LP62 certification from the Institute for Strategic Leadership in 2021.
