Carolyn Gavel

Carolyn Gavel is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in curriculum development and the management of academic programs. Currently serving as the Head of Curriculum and Head of Learning Innovation at Ravenswood School for Girls since July 2017, Carolyn has previously held significant roles at Kambala, including Head of Senior School, Director of Curriculum, and Chair of the Embedding Excellence program. Carolyn's early career included leadership positions at Abbotsleigh School, focusing on mathematics education and departmental administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts in Mathematics and Statistics, and a Diploma in Education, all from the University of Sydney.
