Fiona Cooney

Head Of Learning Enrichment And Research K-12 at Ravenswood School for Girls

Fiona Cooney has a strong background in education and learning support. Fiona has worked as the Head of Learning Enrichment and Research K-12 at Ravenswood School for Girls since 2017. Before that, they were the Head of Academic Support at SCEGGS Darlinghurst from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, Fiona Cooney served as the Head of Learning Support at St Catherine's School Sydney from 2004 to 2008.

Fiona Cooney is currently an EdD Candidate in Educational Psychology at UNSW, with a projected completion date of 2027. Prior to their current studies, they completed a Master of Educational Leadership at Macquarie University from 2002 to 2006. Fiona also holds a Master of Teaching from the University of Sydney, completed from 1997 to 1998. Fiona's undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) Hons from the University of Sydney, completed from 1990 to 1993. Fiona attended The Illawarra Grammar School from 1985 to 1989 and Oxley College in 1984.
