Hazel Guevarra

Hazel Guevarra has been in healthcare for over 15 years with a variety of clinical and operations experience in Nursing, Health Information Technology & Management, Clinical Management, and Staff Development. Hazel is dedicated to providing quality standardization of patient care and health equity in underserved communities. Prior to Ravenswood, she worked in Clinical Operations Management for Tesla’s Occupational Health Clinic. And, she has spent over 11 years working at Gardner Health Services (FQHC) where she implemented multiple healthcare and organizational programs. She is a certified NextGen software professional. She has an ADN degree in Registered Nursing and is currently obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration & Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
