Thuy Loan-Phan

Dr. Thuy-Loan Phan received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Biology from the University of California, Davis. She obtained her optometry degree from the Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Phan is passionate about providing quality eye care to underserved communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and doing indoor plants.
