Tameika Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Tameika started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Gate Gourmet, where they handled uniform administration, recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS administration. Tameika then worked as an HR Generalist at Unissant Inc., where they were responsible for benefits administration, orientation, onboarding, and offboarding. Tameika also played a key role in system implementation for a new ATS and onboarding system, and they served as the administrator for various HR systems.

Tameika later worked as an HR Contractor at The Fitzpatrick Group and as an HR Coordinator (contractor) at Robert Half (MAG Aerospace), where they focused on onboarding activities, benefits enrollment, and verifications. Tameika also assisted with HRIS updates and audits, as well as the development and implementation of employee handbooks and policies.

Tameika's experience also includes roles as a Recruiting Coordinator (contractor) at DC Talent Hunter/ Telos Inc, where they managed ATS administration and handled candidate sourcing and special projects. Tameika Williams completed their undergraduate education with two Bachelor of Science degrees. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Radford University - College of Business and Economics, majoring in English. Following that, in 2006 to 2007, they enrolled in American InterContinental University, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Human Resources.
