Bruce Herman is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in real estate development and management. Currently serving as CFO/SVP at RAVentures since April 2009, Bruce previously held the position of Controller/VP Finance at WIND Development, Ltd., where responsibilities included managing banking relations and construction and sales reporting for a private island project in the Bahamas. Prior to that, Bruce was the Controller at Kenilworth Equities, Ltd. from 1991 to 2001, overseeing a portfolio of over 30 residential and commercial developments. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, earned between 1976 and 1980.
