Debra Phipps

Debra Phipps is an experienced professional with a robust background in energy solutions and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of PowerControl Remote Operations at PowerSecure, Inc. since February 2006, Debra oversees Interactive Distributed Generation (IDG) Power Systems Solutions, focusing on forecasting and deploying utility grid peak demand operations, and managing industrial generator backup operations. This role includes 24/7/365 monitoring, dispatch, and reporting of IDG power systems, as well as providing energy technologies and services to electric utilities and various commercial sectors. Prior to joining PowerSecure, Debra held the position of Vice President at Champion Forest Products, Inc. from 1994 to February 2006.
