The Human Resources team at Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing the organization's workforce to ensure it can meet its urban development goals effectively. This team handles talent acquisition, employee training, and development, as well as operational HR tasks such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. By building and nurturing a skilled and motivated workforce, the HR team supports RUDA’s mission of creating sustainable, livable, and well-managed urban areas.
