Merten Wulfert

Merten Wulfert is the Founder and co-CEO of Ravio, a pioneering real-time compensation benchmarking platform for the tech industry, established in January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Managing Director for Deliveroo in the APAC and Middle East regions from April 2015 to May 2020, where Merten oversaw all operational areas and held full P&L responsibility for a diverse market encompassing six countries. Merten also directed international expansion for Deliveroo, successfully entering ten countries across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. Earlier roles included International Operations Manager at HotelTonight, where Merten managed the DACH region and led international growth efforts, and Founder of JetX, a mobile booking app that did not launch. Merten began career as an Investment Analyst at Jazzya Investments, supporting deal sourcing and portfolio management. Educational credentials include a BSc and MSc in Business from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and further studies at IE Business School.
