Helen Goosen

Helen Goosen, CPP, currently serves as Payroll Director - Consultant at Ravix Group since March 2023. Previously, at Liberty Energy from October 2012 to April 2023, Helen held multiple positions including Head of Payroll, overseeing payroll functions for over 5,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada, and driving process efficiencies and compliance. Helen's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Carnival Cruise Lines from 1999 to 2012 as Payroll Manager, managing payroll for over 30,000 team members, and as Fleet Project Manager. Earlier roles include positions in bookkeeping at Sappi - Corporate Finance and various payroll-related functions at Carnival Cruise Lines. Helen holds multiple certifications including CPP Certification from PayrollOrg and is currently pursuing a Global Payroll Management Certificate from the American Payroll Association.
