Previous roles include Owner and Business Manager at Redpoint Ventures Inc, where the focus was on building sustainable businesses through exceptional service, and strategic positions at organizations like SheEO™, CGI, and Heartbeat Ai, emphasizing support for female entrepreneurs and digital transformation. Katie's educational background includes an Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and advanced programs in leadership and entrepreneurship from Ryerson University and the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
