Beko Rivera

Beko Rivera currently serves as the Close Air Support Program Manager and Director of Maintenance at RAVN Aerospace since November 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Maintenance at Air USA, Inc. from May 2020 to October 2022 and Senior Operations Manager at Rivera Shelter in Place Ranch earlier in 2020. Beko Rivera gained extensive experience during a 29-year career in the US Navy, culminating in positions such as Maintenance Officer at NAMCE Lemoore, where responsibilities included establishing the Navy's first Naval Aviation Maintenance Center for Excellence. Additional roles encompassed maintenance management and quality assurance across several F/A-18 and F-35 squadrons, including responsibilities in training, transitioning aircraft models, and leading maintenance teams.
