Anthony Polazzi

Anthony Polazzi is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the restaurant and wellness industries. As the President and Founder of AP Franchised Concepts, LLC, established in February 2016, Anthony focuses on investing in and operating emerging restaurant businesses, addressing the funding needs of multi-concept entities. In addition to this role, Anthony serves as a Board Member for several companies, including Bean Sprouts Café, Han Dynasty, The Kebab Shop, Zoom Room, Inc., Honor Yoga, MyFitPod, Salubrity, and Raw Jūce. Anthony also holds the position of President and CEO at Accelerated Franchise Concepts, LLC, overseeing investment strategies to support emerging franchisors. Anthony is an alumnus of Claremont McKenna College, where a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Accounting was earned.
