Maria Springer

Maria Springer is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Raw Materials since July 2025. Previously, Maria held the position of VP of Product Design at Fubo from January 2024 to July 2025 and accumulated extensive experience at Elephant from May 2017 to June 2022, where roles included VP of Product, Senior Creative Director, and Creative Director of Product. Additional experience includes positions at AKQA as a Senior User Experience Designer, Substantial as a Senior Product Designer, and earlier roles at POP and J Design, which focused on interaction design and visual communication. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design and Visual Communication from Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica and has enhanced education at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd.
