Xixi H.

Xixi H. currently serves as the Director of Contract Manufacturing and Regulatory at Raw Sugar Living since November 2023. Previously, Xixi held several key positions at kdc/one, Cosmetic Laboratories of America from March 2015 to July 2021, including Quality Systems & Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included being the senior-most site quality representative and handling external quality communication and regulatory matters for a workforce of approximately 330 employees. Xixi also served as Quality Manager, overseeing in-process finished goods and incoming component inspections, and led internal and external audits. Prior roles include QA Supervisor at Thibiant International, Sales & Marketing Associate at Sanguine Biosciences, and Associate Engineer at Holochip Corporation. Xixi's early experience includes an internship at Shakespeare by the Sea and serving as Executive House Manager for performance venues at the University of Southern California. Xixi holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Corporate Social Responsibility from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
