Alex Stone

Alex Stone is a Game Programmer at Raw Thrills since May 2019 and the Founder and Owner of Luminescence Interactive, an independent video game and digital media studio, where notable projects include designing and programming the game Spark and The Digital Daydream. Previously, Alex co-founded and co-presided over Pioneers of Interactive Entertainment, a chapter of the International Game Developers Association at Northwestern University, leading educational initiatives and community events. Earlier experiences include a software engineering internship at S&C Electric Company, teaching roles at Northwestern University focusing on AR/VR and interactive techniques, and developing augmented reality applications during an internship at Reynolds Consumer Products. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Radio/Television/Film from Northwestern University, with a module in Media Arts and Game Design.
