Capt. Alex Sandro. M.Mar has had a diverse range of work experience. Capt. Alex began their career as a Work Student at Universitas Terbuka in 2015. From there, they worked as a Master at Indoliziz Marine from 2012 to 2017. Capt. Alex also served as a Chief Officer at PTAS Aker Solutions Sdn Bhd from March 2016 to July 2016. In 2017, they joined Aramco Overseas Company as a Chief Officer. Capt. Alex then worked as a Chief Officer at Rawabi Holding Group from February 2018 onwards. In 2019, they joined Myyship Management as a Master before transitioning to Jana Marine Service Company LLC. as a Chief Officer later that year. Capt. Alex also worked as an Independent Contractor at Property Indonesia starting in December 2019, and became Director at Myy Property in January 2020.

Capt. Alex Sandro M.Mar completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Terbuka in 2018. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Mariners from SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU PELAYARAN (STIP). In addition, they hold a certification in STCW 2010 and Offshore.
