Cynthia Brennan

Ms. Brennan is a Partner in their Philadelphia office who practices in their Firm’s catastrophic loss,

casualty, medical professional liability and insurance coverage group.

Ms. Brennan is an experienced attorney handling professional liability cases for medical professionals, lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, and real estate agents. Ms. Brennan has intimate knowledge of complex medical malpractice and mass tort defense litigation due to her involvement in several well- known drugs and medical device litigation. She also served as the liaison counsel for the Pennsylvania Silicone Breast Implant Litigation and the Philadelphia Rezulin litigation. Ms. Brennan also represented Class 5 Physicians in a bankruptcy reorganization. Ms. Brennan has extensive experience managing complex litigation matters from initial case intake through arbitration, mediation and/or trial, post-trial and appellate work.

After graduating law school and obtaining her Master’s degree in International Business, Ms. Brennan worked as an attorney at several Suburban Philadelphia insurance defense firms. Immediately, before joining Rawle & Henderson, Ms. Brennan was a Member (Partner) of a large Philadelphia Insurance firm where she provided a full range of services in complex medical malpractice defense litigation involving hospitals, health systems, physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.

Ms. Brennan is active and involved in her community where she participates in the Methacton Youth Aid Panel and provides pro bono assistance to children immigrating to the United States from Central America.
