Danielle Marino

Danielle Marino is an Associate in the New York City office, who is an experienced litigator in cases involving Medical Malpractice, New York Matrimonial and Family Law, Commercial Motor Vehicle and Construction Law. As a matrimonial and family law attorney, Ms. Marino provides compassionate representation to families and children in divorce, custody and child support matters.

Ms. Marino’s extensive background in medical malpractice cases includes her previous work at other New York City firms, where she has served as an associate handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial in New York cases at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of New York. Ms. Marino’s work in the medical malpractice field includes assisting medical professionals in preparing for depositions and trials.

Ms. Marino’s prior work in New York Matrimonial and Family Law matters has included drafting and preparing all legal documents for court hearings, drafting settlement agreements, and appearing in Family Court proceedings to represent her clients in connection with custody and child support disputes.
