David Rosenbaum serves as the General Counsel and Practice Group Chair at Rawle and Henderson, the oldest law firm in continuous practice in the United States, since August 2004. In this role, David manages a range of transactional, employment, commercial, litigation, and regulatory matters while advising the Executive Committee on applicable federal, state, and local laws across the firm's twelve offices in six states. Prior to this position, David was the President of the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd from January 2018 to January 2020, where involvement included reviewing development projects and advocating for zoning changes. David's legal career also includes roles as Of Counsel at Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling and Associate at multiple firms, in addition to serving as Assistant Director of Admissions at Oberlin College. Academically, David holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and an A.B. with Honors in American Political Economy from Vassar College.
