Russell S. Massey

Mr. Massey was born in the Philadelphia area, and currently lives in Wynnewood with his wife and children. He is active within local youth sports and served on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization dealing with the treatment of Hepatitis. Mr. Massey has lectured on numerous issues including indoor air vapor intrusion, climate change litigation as well as e-discovery. Mr. Massey has also presented continuing legal education seminars on the use of exculpatory clauses in gym membership agreements. In addition, Mr. Massey has counseled companies on compliance issues, including sexual harassment investigations, discipline, and terminations, and non-compete matters. He also drafted employee handbooks for start-up and existing companies.
