Sebastian A. Goldstein is a partner in Rawle & Henderson LLP’s New Jersey office. He concentrates his law practice in the areas of environmental, toxic and mass torts, class actions, product liability, premises liability, professional liability and construction defects. He has represented clients in New Jersey, Maryland and the District of Columbia in multicounty, state and federal litigation.
Sebastian is a graduate of American University and American University’s Washington College of Law. He served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Steven P. Perskie of the Superior Court of New Jersey and worked as a Criminal Prosecutor with the Arlington Virginia Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and also the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the D.C. Court of Appeals.
Sebastian has served as both Local and National Coordinating Counsel for several defendants in toxic tort litigation, managing expert medical and scientific witnesses, working closely with clients with respect to discovery matters, witness development and product identification investigation. Sebastian has been called upon to train lawyers in various jurisdictions on effective trial techniques and deposition strategies in the mass tort setting. He has also presented to various groups, including continuing legal education classes and industry training seminars on deposition and trial tactics and strategy.
