William J. Moates III

William J. Moates III is an Associate in their Hackensack office and practices in their Firm’s commercial motor vehicle, construction and premises liability groups.

Mr. Moates represents clients and insurance carriers in premises liability actions, negligent security and vehicle negligence cases. An experienced litigator, Mr. Moates tries cases throughout State and Federal Courts in New Jersey. He also represents clients at mediation and settlement conferences.

While in law school Mr. Moates as an assistant court Clerk in Essex County Vicinage in New Jersey and then a law clerk for the Honorable Harriet Farber Klein, J.S.C for the Essex County Vicinage. He served as law clerk in Middlesex County Vicinage for the Honorable Joseph Paone. Upon graduating from law school Mr. Moates was a solo practitioner and then he joined a New Jersey civil defense firm where he was an associate.
