Ed McNelis

Ed McNelis is an experienced attorney with a diverse legal background. Currently serving as an Attorney At Law at Emroch & Kilduff since January 2023, McNelis has also been an Attorney at Sands Anderson since July 2017 and a Shareholder/Attorney at RawlsMcNelis, where complex medical legal cases are managed, since 1999. Additionally, McNelis holds the position of Colonel and State Judge Advocate with the Virginia National Guard since July 1995. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary (1986-1989) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Penn State University (1982-1986).
