Tim Semchenko

Tim Semchenko has over 18 years of professional experience. Tim began their career in 2002 as a Music Teacher, Football and Track & Field Coach for Quincy Public Schools. In 2005, they moved to State Street where they worked as a Project Manager/Business Analyst. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Rapid7 in various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Lead - Assessment Services, Project Manager - Professional Services, Account Manager, and Business Development Rep. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Raxis as a Senior Manager - Operations & Customer Delivery.

Tim Semchenko attended North Quincy High School from 1993 to 1997. Tim then went on to Eastern Nazarene College from 1997 to 2002, graduating with a B/A in Religion and minors in Philosophy and Music. Tim has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn since 2019, including Inclusive Leadership, Creating Your Personal Brand, Leading at a Distance, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Leading without Formal Authority, Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration, Learning Security Frameworks, Learning the OWASP Top 10, and Solving Business Problems.
