Mohit Mathur has extensive work experience in the field of data and information systems. Mohit started their career as an IT Solutions Specialist at Lumileds in 1999, where they created and maintained an engineering database that significantly improved the integral yield percentages.
In 2000, Mohit joined Philips as a Senior IT Specialist and successfully implemented a data warehouse for C-level executive reporting. This reporting tool aided in making key strategic decisions and securing key accounts for the field sales organization.
At Philips Lighting, starting in 2004, Mohit served as a Business Process Manager and was responsible for setting up and maintaining the ERP manufacturing module globally. Mohit also designed and implemented an ERP datacenter solution, taking into account data security issues.
In 2010, Mohit returned to Lumileds as a Business Process Design Manager, focusing on delivering solutions that gave the company a competitive edge. Mohit'scontributions led to the acquisition of key accounts generating significant revenue. Mohit also led a business intelligence team that created reports for all global sites.
Prior to their current role at Raxium as the Head of Data/Information Systems, Mohit held the position of Senior Manager, Manufacturing IT at Lumileds. Mohit managed global IT teams and implemented solutions that improved yield percentages, giving the company a marketing edge over competitors.
In their current role at Raxium, Mohit is responsible for creating a data strategy and implementing analytics, data warehouse, automation, processes, and governance. Mohit also leads a team in designing and implementing a multi-cloud strategy that is secure, cost-effective, and collaborative.
Mohit Mathur holds a Masters degree in Statistics from Delhi University. Additionally, they have a Masters of Science degree in Computer Applications from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Mohit has also obtained certifications in "Machine Learning and AI Foundations: Prediction, Causation, and Statistical Inference" and "Tableau for Data Scientists" from LinkedIn in May 2022.
