Brenn Bouwhuis

Brenn Bouwhuis is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Ray Quinney & Nebeker since May 2024. Prior to this role, Brenn practiced as a Senior Attorney and Attorney at the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel from September 2013 to April 2024. Additionally, Brenn gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Tax Court during the summer of 2012. Brenn holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor (JD) from The George Washington University Law School. Brenn also earned a degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
