Douglas Matsumori

Douglas Matsumori serves as the Area Legal Counsel for the Pacific at the Office of General Counsel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, providing legal advice and oversight for church affairs in the region. With extensive experience since 1982 at Ray Quinney & Nebeker as a Shareholder, Director, and Vice President, Douglas represents clients across various legal fields, including real estate, health care, contract law, finance, and dispute resolution. Douglas holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah, alongside a high school diploma from Jordan High School.
