Ahmed Nassef - EMD , ITIL

Ahmed Nassef has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ahmed started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone in 2009 before moving to Raya Telecom in the same role. In 2011, Ahmed joined Raya as a Senior Customer Care Executive and stayed there until 2014. Ahmed then joined Raya Trade as a Collection points manager /Dealers & QRS from 2014 to 2017. Ahmed continued to progress in their career and joined Raya Data Center in 2017. Ahmed initially worked as a Project Coordinator before being promoted to Project Supervisor, then Associate Projects Manager, and finally, Project Manager. Their most recent role at Raya Data Center started in July 2022 and is ongoing. Ahmed's varied experience in customer service, project coordination, and management highlights their adaptability and growth in the field.

Ahmed Nassef's education history includes several certifications and degrees. In 2019, they obtained the ITIL 4 foundation certification from the ITIL accredited examination institute. Ahmed also completed the ITIL for foundation diploma from IT Egypt Corp in the same year. In 2017 and 2018, Ahmed studied project management at the Regional IT Institute-RITI. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued executive management diploma at The American University in Cairo. Additionally, in 2009, Ahmed completed the Basic Business Skills Acquisition Program (BBSA) at Cairo University-FGF. For their undergraduate studies, Ahmed attended Al-Azhar University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Ahmed is currently pursuing another ITIL 4 foundation certification from the ITIL accredited examination institute.
