Mohamed Rasheed has a strong background in information technology support and management. Mohamed started their career as a System Administrator at El Mahdy Group in 2003, where they managed and administered MS Windows OS and provided remote support for three branches. Mohamed then moved to Raya Trade in 2005, where they worked as a Senior System Administrator, supporting 50 branches and managing various Microsoft applications. In 2007, they joined Raya Holding as a Helpdesk Team Lead, responsible for managing multiple Active Directory domains and sites, Microsoft Exchange server, and other systems. In 2011, they joined Raya Data Center and assumed the role of Helpdesk Supervisor. In this position, they managed the overall Help Desk activities, acted as an escalation point, represented the Help Desk in meetings, and supported 1200 users in the Head Office. In 2019, Mohamed was promoted to the position of Information Technology Support Manager at Raya Data Center.
Mohamed Rasheed attended El Farouk Private School from 1997 to 1999. During this time, they did not pursue any degree or field of study. Following this, from 1999 to 2003, Mohamed enrolled at The Higher Institute for Advanced Studies & Computer, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
