Tamer Hossam

Tamer Hossam has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Tamer started their career as an IT Support Technician at Highway Travel in 2004 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Tamer worked at Raya Holding, initially as a Senior Help Desk Technician and later as a Senior System Administrator. In 2013, they joined Raya Data Center as an Application Specialist and then progressed to become the Applications Section Head in 2018.

Tamer Hossam completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Higher Institute for Advanced Studies from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA: Windows 7, MCSA: Windows Server 2008, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7, MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCTS: Windows 7 and Office 2010, Deployment, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration, and MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration. These certifications were obtained between 2010 and 2015.
