Aqeel Omair

Aqeel Omair has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Aqeel currently serves as the Human Resources & Admin Director at Raya Financing Company since January 2021, previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager from September 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at AlKifah Holding from August 2016 to August 2019. Aqeel also served as an HR & Admin Manager at KMC KSA from April 2015 to April 2016, an HR Manager at Rezayat Group from June 2014 to September 2014, and an HR Manager at Mohammed Dossary Hospital from June 2013 to May 2014. Aqeel also held the role of Operations Manager at Mohammed Dossary Hospital from June 2012 to June 2013. Aqeel started their career as a Safety Advisor at Aramco from March 2008 to June 2012 and previously worked as an Admin Assistant at Aramco from March 2004 to March 2008.

Aqeel Omair completed their education at King Faisal University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Dammam College of Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Electronics. In addition to their formal education, Aqeel Omair has received various certifications including a Certificate in Compensation & Reward Management from Informa and is a candidate for the CIPD Level 5 Diploma. Aqeel has also obtained certifications in ODCP, Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning from different institutions.
