Matt Kissner

Matt Kissner is the current General Counsel and Head of Business Operations & Strategy at Raya. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets Attorney at Broad and Cassel LLP from August 2011 to July 2018. Matt has extensive experience in the corporate legal field and has been instrumental in helping businesses grow and succeed. Matt is a respected leader in the corporate world and is known for their dedication to their work and their clients.

Matt Kissner attended Florida State University for their Bachelor's Degree and then Florida State University College of Law for their Juris Doctor (J.D.).
