Szu-Ying Chen

Szu-Ying Chen is an accomplished data analyst with extensive experience in bridging analytics and business across several roles. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at RAYBEAM/DEPT® since July 2019, Szu-Ying has significantly influenced data model design and developed dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to enhance understanding of customer experience and business operations. Previous roles include GIS Data Analyst at Apple Inc., Data Research Analyst at Clearwater Analytics, and Program Assistant at the US Environmental Protection Agency, where Szu-Ying contributed to various research and data management initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Statistics from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University. Szu-Ying also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from National Taiwan University.
