Christopher Seaman

Christopher Seaman is a seasoned professional in operations compliance and logistics, currently serving as the Manager of Operations Compliance and Logistics at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since August 2019. With a diverse background in the US Navy from August 1998 to August 2019, Christopher held various leadership roles, including Electrical Division Chief, where responsibilities included overseeing the electrical operations of a nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine, managing a team of 22, and directing the operations and training of 70 personnel at a nuclear power plant. Christopher's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Excelsior University and formal training from the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC). Christopher holds NERC certification as a Transmission Operator.
