Joe Miller

Joe Miller is an experienced Substation Meter and Relay Technician at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since November 2022, and previously served as an Electrical Technician at National Field Services, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2023. Joe holds two Associate's degrees from Texas State Technical College, one in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and the other in Instrumentation Technology/Technician, both obtained between 2013 and 2016.
