John Duhon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in corporate information technology and management. Currently serving as Corporate Information Technology Manager at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since July 2021, Duhon also operates as the Owner of Big Wave Communications, LLC since December 2012. Prior to these roles, Duhon held the position of Senior Advisor Program Management - IT at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included NIST, CMMC, and SOX controls and conformance, from November 2018 to September 2020. Duhon's career began at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, where Duhon worked as a Unified Communications Architect from June 1990 to August 2012. Duhon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, obtained between 1983 and 1990.

We provide wholesale electrical power through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), purchases of blocks of electricity on the open market, and through our ownership interest in the Freestone generating facility in Freestone County, Texas.
