Pamela Buie is an experienced administrative professional with a comprehensive background in executive assistance, human resources, and vendor management. Currently serving as Executive Assistant at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since August 2022, Pamela has held various roles, including Human Resources Assistant and Executive Assistant/Vendor Management at Dominion Bank from June 2019 to August 2022. At Veritex Community Bank, from August 2017 to May 2019, Pamela supported the Chief Credit Officer and four Senior Credit Officers. We provide wholesale electrical power through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), purchases of blocks of electricity on the open market, and through our ownership interest in the Freestone generating facility in Freestone County, Texas.
