Matthias Blechner

Matthias Blechner has over 30 years of work experience. Matthias started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1988 as an Application Engineer specializing in technologies such as Telecommunication, fiber optics, and RF & Microwave. Matthias provided technical support, conducted seminars and trainings, and offered consulting services. In 1996, they joined Agilent Technologies, now known as Hewlett-Packard, as a Sales Engineer responsible for selling electronic Test- and Measurement technology. Matthias specialized in LF, RF, MW, Fiber Optics, Telecommunication Test, Data Acquisition, and IC-Test. Matthias then moved to CoCreate Software GmbH & Co.KG, now PTC, in 2001 where they worked as an Area Sales Manager focused on selling CAD, PDM, Collaboration- and process-analysis software products and engineering solutions in the machine building industry in Switzerland. Matthias excelled in developing and selling complex technical solutions. Since 2004, they have been working for Raycap as a Sales Director, successfully developing and introducing the company's brand and key products in core markets like renewable energy and Automotive. Matthias established the sales and distribution channels for these products. Overall, Matthias Blechner has demonstrated their expertise and success in sales, business development, and technical support throughout their career.

Matthias Blechner holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Matthias completed their secondary education at Gymnasium Durmersheim (later Wilhelm-Hausenstein-Gymnasium) and obtained their Abi'79 qualification.
