Nicholas Scoullos

Nicholas Scoullos, Esq. is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property and patent law. Currently serving as In-House Counsel for Raycap since February 2025, Scoullos previously worked as an Associate at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP and Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where responsibilities included the prosecution of patents across various technical fields such as semiconductors, medical devices, and artificial intelligence. Scoullos began a legal career as an Intellectual Property Attorney at SERVILLA WHITNEY LLC, managing patent prosecution and conducting IP-related due diligence, and has held positions in several law firms and legal clinics focusing on patent office actions, drafting applications, and providing guidance to foreign associates. Scoullos holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
