Ankit Thappa has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, having held senior positions at various companies. From June 2014 to February 2017, Ankit served as Senior Manager of Operations at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, overseeing manufacturing, planning, maintenance, process engineering, and HR, managing an operation size of 75 crore. Prior to that, Ankit was Senior Manager of Excellence in Manufacturing at ANAND Group India, responsible for overseeing COPQ across 45 plants. Ankit continued to excel at ElringKlinger from June 2017 to November 2024, as Head of Manufacturing, managing operations worth 250 crore across various product technologies. Currently, Ankit holds the position of Business Head at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., following earlier roles in production management and process engineering. Ankit's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
