Ashutosh Shah

Ashutosh Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashutosh is currently working as a Deputy Manager - HRBP at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Amul Dairy from September 2014 to February 2022, where they held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer. Before that, they worked as a Management Trainee Human Resources at Amul Dairy from September 2013 to August 2014.

Ashutosh also gained experience as an Executive HR at Shree Rang Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. from July 2012 to September 2013. In this role, they coordinated with Talent Acquisition specialists, sourced candidates from job portals, and facilitated the onboarding process for clients from various industries.

Ashutosh Shah completed their education in a variety of fields. In 2010, they obtained a Masters of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, with a focus on HRM. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Sardar Patel University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce. Before entering university, Ashutosh Shah completed their Higher Secondary education at T V Patel High School from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Furthermore, they attended Shaishav High School from 1992 to 2005 and obtained a SSC degree in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Ashutosh Shah has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
