Sudesh Ganar

Sudesh Ganar has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Sudesh started their career at Mattel, Inc. as an Officer in 1999. Sudesh then joined VIP Industries Ltd. in 2004, where they worked as a Senior Officer in Plant Engineering, handling preventive maintenance planning and execution. Sudesh also had experience in handling PLC control, contactor control logic machines, and resolving electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic issues. In 2006, Sudesh joined Raychem RPG Ltd. as an Assistant Manager Engineering, where they managed maintenance operations and environmental management systems. Sudesh was later promoted to the role of Senior Manager Engineering, where they deployed strategic maintenance planning and led TPM activities, contributing to winning the TPM consistency award. Sudesh has over 16 years of experience in plant engineering, project management, and has strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Sudesh Ganar completed their vocational training at Govt technical school nagpur from 1988 to 1992, earning a high school certificate (HSC) with a focus on vocational studies. Following this, from 1992 to 1995, Sudesh pursued a Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Govt Polytechnic Nagpur. Finally, Sudesh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Karnataka State Open University in 2014.
